1. Donations are Non-Refundable
All donations to Nehru Yuva Mandal Tarapur are final and non-refundable. Funds are deployed towards beneficiaries — food, medicines and emergency care — shortly after receipt, and cannot be recalled once utilised.
2. Duplicate or Accidental Transactions
In case of an accidental double payment or a technical error, please email nymtarapur2009@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- The transaction reference / UTR number.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- The registered mobile number used at donation time.
Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment source within 10 working days.
3. Cancellation
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by writing to us. The cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled billing cycle onwards; previously debited amounts remain non-refundable.
